    • I am responsible for the coordination of the Big Rooms across site, delivering service improvement projects from an unscheduled care perspective
    • I am project lead for Seeing Red Initiative which promotes safer medicines management
    • I am service improvement lead for the Chronic Pain Transformation

    Emma joined the ARCH Programme Office in December 2015 after being a journalist for 15 years and the editor of Wales's oldest newspaper the Carmarthen Journal for three years. Under her editorship the Journal was named Welsh Weekly newspaper of the year in 2015.

    Emma is working to create an understanding of the ARCH Programme and its aims, working with all three partners to engage with our communities, employees, peers, industry, government and all stakeholders to help drive ARCH forward.
